Addressing the health concerns of Mon refugees by providing access to clinics and hospitals.

Approaching UNHCR to seek assistance in securing the release of arrested and detained members.
Upgrading the qualifications of committee members through education, enhancing their skills and proficiency, and organizing member contributions.
Helping and protecting Mon people in all areas concerning their basic needs.
Establishing our organization based on a system of registered membership cards.
Collaborating with other Burmese ethnic communities and NGOs in Malaysia to discuss health issues and foster mutual relationships.

To nurture community members through goodwill and friendship.
To protect community members, particularly refugees who are detained in camps and suffering from serious health issues.
To enhance community development by facilitating ongoing and inclusive negotiations, as well as collaborating with other communities on fundamental, emerging, and critical issues.
To provide attention and support to Mon monks, especially those visiting or temporarily residing in Malaysia as refugees or visitors.
To build the individual and organizational capacities of our members by offering information, networking, and learning opportunities relevant to their social, economic, and political change strategies.
To expand the network of organizations and individuals who share MRO's commitment to equal opportunity and social justice, continually reaching a broader audience within our Mon community.
To uplift the morale and knowledge of children and youth, empowering them to meet contemporary challenges.
