All the Mon refugees in Malaysia should enjoy equal rights and privileges regardless of their residence, dialect, and gender. To establish the integrity of the entire Mon nation, assist in solving the problems of Mon refugees, and build their capacity.
No child should face barriers to education. Our non-profit organization strives to provide access to necessary equipment, and accelerate funding for sufficient space and help Mon people in need.
What We Do?
Mon Refugee school for Mon Children
Teacher qualification
Stand for Children commits itself to helping students receive a quality education regardless of socioeconomic status or location. The organization engages parents to actively support their children’s education.
At schools, teachers are change makers. So, what happens to student learning when only one in six teachers in a district has proper training? Adequate funding can help teachers develop the skills needed to make a difference.

Mon Refugee Organization provides healthcare services, including free clinics, assistance with translation at hospitals, and accompanying patients to hospitals, among other services. Our health coordinator, Nai Tun Tun, has been assisting over 500 patients annually.
In addition to these core services, our organization works to raise awareness about health issues within the refugee community. We organize educational workshops covering topics such as preventive care, mental health, and nutrition, empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health.
We also collaborate with local NGOs, health authorities, and organizations to ensure that our patients receive comprehensive care. By building these partnerships, we can provide our patients with access to specialized services and resources they may need.
Furthermore, we are committed to continually improving our services based on the feedback from the community we serve. By listening to our patients and understanding their experiences, we can tailor our programs to meet their needs better.
Overall, Mon Refugee Organization strives to enhance the health and well-being of refugees by making healthcare accessible and by providing supportive resources. We are committed to promoting a healthier community for everyone.
